Because Kim said to

Soon this will be what I see when I look out my front door. I do not look forward to this at all but the temperature here today is 96 and I do not look forward to that either. I'm not sure at this point which I prefer but I do believe the air conditioning makes 96 more tolerable. When it snows I always feel cold.

A nice picture of DD and her boyfriend. He is a nice guy but I'm about ready for her to find a new one.....

This guy just makes me giggle. I found him at lolcats.com.

I will probably post later about an embarrassing moment in my life. I don't have too many really embarrassing moments but I have a few mildly embarrassing ones I can share.

THANKS, KATY!!! Did I tell you yet how much I heart you? Yeah, baby--you are the only person in the world who even REMOTELY listens to anything I have to say! Thanks, too, for my pix fix; glad to see DD remains Jen Aniston-gorgeous! Tell her hi for me. You'll have to fill me in on her BF; sorta hard to tell with the shades, but he appears to be extemely handsome???? I was ready to not like him when he didn't want to go to the ball game with her on her birthday when she wanted to, but then redeemed himself with me by going and appearing to have a good time. She deserves a REALLY good BF.

And your farting kitty pic? I love it, too, because it reminds me so much of Nancy, my little girl kitty. Versus Frank, who is a big ox. Soon there will be pix of them! Really! Did not get to the manual today--we had another storm go thru early this morning and I came home to some sort of downed line in my backyard. Been dealing with that, and also getting ready for Corey to start the kitchen on Friday! Tomorrow after work I go to spend time with Dar, my sister-in-law, and will probably be gone until practically bedtime. But Thursday for sure; on that day I just go to the chiro right after work, but then I have to be home for the person to come and up the downed line. So I will be doing it then, really. I AM anxious to get going on it. I guess I'm not too concerned because my co-worker is a camera whiz and I can always take it in to her and say "give me the quick version." That is, if she would decide to share information, which is sometimes iffy! :)

I love that my name made your title!

I bet Kim is doing like my BIL & reading the whole freaking camera manual, getting scared off. Should we tell them there's an auto mode??

Okay, so I heart both of you--even though Monkling has been know to be a PITA. What is a PITA anyway? She asks, somewhat fearfully. Even I know there's an auto mode because that is exactly what this novice will be using. In the meantime, I'll be reading the whole freakin' manual and getting scared off :)! I think my first pix will be of my cube at work. I told ya you guys would be sorry...

PITA = pain in the ass

OHHHHH! Okay! Because usually food is first and foremost in my mind, as soon as I saw PITA, all I could think of was the most-excellent pecan-chicken-salad-in-a-PITA-pocket sandwich at Original Pancake House. Which made so sense. Here's the way I see it--the person who is never a PITA is probably also very boring...

Make that "which made NO sense." Because "which made SO sense" made no sense. Yup, guess I'm a PITA, too.
